Delivery Guarantee

On-Time Delivery: We guarantee timely delivery of all catering orders. Our team strives to deliver your order within the agreed-upon timeframe. Should any delays occur, we will promptly inform you and work to resolve the issue.

Quality Assurance: We ensure that all food is prepared fresh and meets our high standards of quality. In the rare event that there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

Order Confirmation: Please confirm all details of your order, including delivery time, address, and menu items, at least 48 hours prior to your event to ensure accuracy.

Accessibility: Ensure that the delivery location is accessible and ready for setup at the scheduled delivery time. If there are any special instructions or access issues, please inform us in advance.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required before delivery, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. For large events, a deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: To cancel an order, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or issues with orders will be processed based on the specific circumstances and in accordance with our quality assurance guidelines.
